When I first started my beauty business, I never imagined I’d go from working all by my lonesome in my spare room to running my very own luxury multi-award-winning salon, Allure Lash & Beauty Bar.
But here we are!
It hasn’t all been glitz and glamour, though...
Just a few years ago, I was in the same place you are today
I was working myself into the ground for 40+ hours a week trying to do admin, marketing, cleaning, ordering…ALL THE THINGS.

I had no idea how to grow or sell the business because it wasn’t worth much money if I wasn’t there looking after clients.
And I just knew I couldn’t keep going AND live a happy and fulfilled life.
So I put all my efforts into turning everything around!
I worked on resetting my mindset and refining my marketing.
I developed proper policies and procedures, learned to stop micromanaging, and start trusting my team.
I paid closer attention to the numbers in my business, tracked where my money was going, and invested in business education.
And eventually I was able to cut my client hours down from 40 hours a week to just 6!

Occasionally, I’ll use my own experience as a lash artist as examples of how I’ve grown my business. (E.g. How much I charge for lash refills etc).
But the concepts and strategies I teach will still apply to you so long as you’re in the beauty industry.

You will need 30-60 minutes to watch the video lessons each week, and our live coaching calls run for 60 minutes. If you have your questions answered early on in the call, you are welcome to leave early, but I do recommend staying for the whole session to get the most out of it.
I also set optional challenges and action steps each week to help you implement what you’re learning. These can take anywhere from 30-60 mins. So I recommend setting aside 1.5 hours a week.
I host the LIVE coaching calls twice a week and you can choose which call to join based on your time zone, or feel free to join both live coaching sessions!
Once you join the program, you have the option of voting for the time and day that suits you best, and I’ll schedule call times based on what suits the majority of the cohort!

SALON GOALS will still teach you how to scale your business even without team members.
There are two modules dedicated to hiring staff members and growing teams, but the rest are focused on topics that apply to anyone running a salon business e.g. implementing policies and procedures, prioritising your time effectively, reaching profitability, and managing your money.
At this stage, the doors will re-open in 2025, but it will be at a slightly higher investment.
